Shipping Policy - Wear Ocean

1. Shipping Areas
We currently deliver *all across Pakistan* via Leopard, Trax, and TCS.  
International shipping is not available at this time.

2. Processing Time
All orders are processed within *1-2 business days* after order confirmation.  
You will receive a confirmation call/WhatsApp message before your order is dispatched.

3. Delivery Time
- *Major Cities*: 2-3 working days
- *Other Cities/Towns*: 3-5 working days  

Delivery time may vary due to courier delays, weather, or public holidays.

4. Shipping Charges
- *Flat Rate*: Rs. 200 per order for all over Pakistan
- *Free Shipping*: On orders above Rs. 3,000

5. Cash on Delivery - COD
We offer 100% Cash on Delivery.  
Please pay the rider in cash when you receive your parcel.  
Kindly keep the exact amount ready to avoid any inconvenience.

*Note*: To avoid fake orders, we confirm all COD orders via call/WhatsApp. Orders not confirmed within 24 hours may be cancelled.

6. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS/WhatsApp.  
You can track your parcel on the courier’s website.

7. Damaged or Wrong Item
- Please *check your parcel before paying* the rider.
- If the item is damaged, wrong size, or wrong product, *do not accept* the parcel and contact us immediately on WhatsApp: `+92303-8900061
- We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

8. Non-Delivered / Returned Orders
If the courier is unable to deliver due to wrong address, unavailability, or refusal, the order will be returned to us.  
A re-delivery charge of Rs. 250 will apply for sending it again.
